Continuing Development

For my first release, MAGI has been a success of exciting proportion: 100 downloads in a week and a half! That's pretty amazing for me, but the game is far from done. Thank you to everyone who even scrolled by-- please tell me what you thought if you downloaded the game!

I'm hard at work reviewing and testing every rule contained in the 0.99 release, expanding what needs expanding and clarifying what needs clarity. Some of you have likely noticed a few missing examples throughout the book; these are first on the list for correction. Other plans include pre-made baddies using the creation rules already detailed in the book, additional Special Moves to detail out your characters, and better rules for Rivals and Partners.

These are the main additions for a "1.0" release targeting later this year, but if possible I'd like to begin working on a full art version of the rulebook with prettier formatting and a professional cover as well. This would likely be priced properly for the effort involved, but an artless edition of the book will always be available for free just like it is now. I'll share more updates as my personal play testing continues, and I encourage anyone who's looked at the game to write a comment or shoot me an email about it! I'd love to hear your thoughts.
